It would be pretty easy to do on the South Shore of Nova Scotia as its only about 300 pages anyway. An old lady could probably pull it off.

South Shore NS phone book has 207 pages with a cardboard insert between pages 64 and 65 of the yellow pages. And then there's the two covers. I managed to tear the half without the insert. Watch out Arnold!!!
