Carol brought this movie to my attention a few months ago as one we must see. It was playing to raves at the Tribeka film festival. Just last week I heard the director of the film on Opie and Anthony. LAst night Mark from the Hollywood North Report sent me the trailer seen below...


Frightening to think what must go through these sick people's minds, what they must feel, as they plunge toward the cold water below. The Bridge appears to be one of those films that make us ask ourselves some tough questions. Not the least of which is why do people decide to end their own lives?

No real video, just audio but well worth listening. If you hate telemarketers as most folks do you should check it out. Tom Mabe rules.

Halloween's a coming!

Once again the BC film industry is putting their talents to use raising money for BC Children's Hospital with the 2nd Annual Haunted Studio Tour from October 27 - 31, 2006. Last year saw $20,000 go to the charity, however this year promised to be bigger and better and the goal is to triple the amount raised. The event sold out completly last year so get your tickets soon.

I'm sad that I missed the deadline to volunteer this year, but I going to next year for sure. Carol and I are going on the Saturday at 4:30pm. Come on out and join us!

OMG! Two of my favourite all time characters together in one room. uuhhhh huh! With a little polish and a decent writer I think there's a movie there.
