If this is true it’s horrible. If it’s not true it’s an awful hoax. Why an audio tape and not a video tape? Probably because it’s not him. My guess is that after analysis it will turn out to be some jackass from Al Qaeda pretending to be him to scare us all and perpetuate the bin Laden myth. It think Osama is dead as a door nail.
