Jabulani

Carol’s mom is sending us some pelts and a stuffed tiger fish from one their trips to Zimbabwe along with our Christmas gifts. I guess she’s in an African frame of mind because she sent me the link to a South African restaurant in Calgary called Jabulani. Apparently the cuisine is authentic enough for real South Africans to want to eat there. I don’t see zebra on the menu which Carol has eaten (by accident). Mrs Swift, their hostess, in Zimbabwe said she was sure it was zebra they were eating as it was “quite gamey”. Ugh!
