Legalize pot, says Mayor Campbell
Is it just me or does it seem that this new mayor here in Vancouver is completely out of his mind? He continously oversteps his bounds. Perhaps he needs a Political Science class. Or a quick briefing on the differences between, civil, criminal, federal, and municiple law. What a maroon.
