Alleged publication ban breaching author charged

Author of Bernardo, Homolka books faces 94 charges | CP

I do think we Canadians have right to know what happened regardless of how sick it is. I do sympathize with the families’ positions though only to a point. How can we better understand, not to mention prevent, things like this if we sweep it under the rug like it never happened?
