Moselle are you okay? If I remember correctly you’re a train commuter.

Hello Mike – yes we and all we know are well. I used to work right next to Liverpool street station and took that route to work everyday but now I’m unemployed! I feel so very sorry for London, yesterday everyone was so happy about winning the 2012 Olympics now there is fear.

I’m commenting from my parents house in London, Ontario. They were children during the Blitz as were my Aunt and Uncle down the road. Their conversation has been that of a resiliant people who know how to stand in the face of adversity; in the face of tyranny and in the face of terrorism. Nothing will ever destroy the spirit of the British people and those of London Town. To quote Churchill – "You do your worst – and we will do our best." Best of luck, Moselle. Rule Brittania!

Just got in contact with the last person I ws tracing down in Lond, her fiance works in the city but all okay. Londoners are used to this and will rebound. My mom and I lived there in the seventies and she remembers IRA bomb threats and attacks all the time.
