Pumpkin?

That sounds dirty.

Anyway it is that time of year again. Little kiddies will be carving their scary pumpkins for Hallowe’en. But first, here in Canada, we have our Thanksgiving (it’s this weekend) during which pumpkin pie is a staple. Carol said she’s going to make us one; with real pumpkin, not canned.

Some of the largest Pumpkins in the world come from Howard Dill’s seeds from my home province of Nova Scotia. According to Pauly, someone in Bridgewater, NS won the largest pumpkin contest this year. Very cool!
