Apparently after this story came out the Province ordered an 80 day cooling off period for the dispute between BC Ferries and It’s unions. The reason I’m posting the article is for it’s humour in the sound off section…

“Excuse me! But these are not just catering or parking attendants. No no no, they are Culinary Service Consultants and Transportation Conatainment Specialists. This is why they’re making the BIG BUCKS and we as the groveling tax-paying public should be appreciative of all of their years of expertise. I mean, hey, without these highly skilled public servants, how could we pay for our bowl of BC Ferry gruel or park like a can of sardines.”
